Who I Work With

Everyone is welcome here. I frequently work with youth and adults navigating in-between spaces — especially those from immigrant and first-generation families, communities of color, queer and trans communities, neurodivergent folks, and people impacted by financial and structural inequities.

Many of the people I support are:

  • Young people carrying pressure to succeed while quietly struggling
  • First-gen teens and adults balancing family expectations with their own needs
  • Queer, trans, and questioning folks exploring identity and belonging
  • Neurodivergent youth and adults tired of feeling misunderstood
  • People living with anxiety, burnout, grief, or sadness shaped by what they’ve experienced
  • Those used to being “the strong one” who rarely get space to fall apart

You don’t have to explain your whole world from scratch here. Therapy with me is collaborative — not about fixing you, but supporting you as a whole person in a complicated world.

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach is warm, affirming, relational, and strengths-based. It’s trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in liberatory values—with space for playfulness when it fits. I honor your lived and cultural wisdom, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we’ll choose the approaches that best support your goals. I draw from a range of theories and practices to tailor our work, including:
