COUNSELING
(tal como eres)
Spanish-bilingual therapy for youth and adults that honors culture, identity, and your full human story.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin therapy. If you’ve been carrying a lot — for your family, your community, or just to get through each day — you’re not alone.
I offer a warm, affirming space where your lived experience matters. Your identity, history, and context are part of our work.
Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in care and respect. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about supporting you as a whole person as you move toward what feels meaningful and possible.
You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.

Healing is relational. Together, we explore your experiences, identities, and stories with warmth, humor, and curiosity.
Therapy in English or Spanish (or both!) for those navigating multiple languages, cultures, and identities.
I center your lived wisdom in a space that feels safe, respectful, and intentional, with room for rest, movement, and play.
I Support:
Neurodivergent youth and adults
Parents, caregivers, and anyone managing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, or chronic stress
